Meet the Owners
Our journey began with a simple craving and a big realization: our community was missing out on the magic of authentic Liège waffles.
We decided to change that. Named after our signature ingredient, we use premium pearl sugar imported directly from Belgium. These pearls caramelize as they cook, creating that iconic, sweet crunch that sets our waffles apart. That’s the "Sugar" and the "Pearls" in everything we do!
We are beyond excited to bring this authentic Belgian tradition to your neighborhood.
Made Fresh Daily
All of our waffles are made fresh daily at our events! They reheat wonderfully and even taste great at room temperature if you want to take a few extra home.
Apparel Now Available
We originally created this logo with a more artistic and fun look for apparel for our friends and family. We have had such a positive feedback from others that we are making it available for purchase.

Once our designer perfected the Pearl logo for the truck, we realized it was too good to leave on the road. We wanted to create an apparel line that felt like us, but with a distinct Virginia Beach soul.
